Em novembro de 2023 notei que o Kali não encontrava as redes. Lendo o post kali linux doesn’t detect wireless networks

sudo nano /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf

systemctl status NetworkManager
systemctl restart NetworkManager
systemctl start NetworkManager

Alterar para..

managed=true
